OTHER RULES Captains' Issues Choosing captains and co-captains a) Captains will remain in their position until: - A majority of the team votes in a new Captain. - A majority of the other Captains vote to replace him/her with another person. - He/she steps down and names his/her successor and the successor must come from their team. - A player can challenge their Captain to a Captain’s Game. b) Before the start of each Season a Captain will need to designate another player on their team as their Co-Captain. Co-Captain jobs include taking the Captain place during Captains Meetings if needed and helping their Captain during their team meetings. Captains meeting - A captains meeting is to be held at 6:10pm prior to every league night. Each team will be allowed a maximum of 2 representatives including their Captain. Mid-Season Drafts, Rule Issues, Player Issues, and other topics are to be discussed during this time. Team Meeting - The Captains meeting will promptly finish close to 6:30pm and the time between then and the 7pm game is left in the air for each team to discuss strategy, new rules, introduce new players, or anything else they wish to discuss. Game Choices a) The first game of the Season will be picked by the Captains after Draft is finished. b) During the Captain’s Meeting on the first night of each Season, the games for the remainder of the season will be picked. Special Games The Captain’s Game a) If a player challenges their Captain for their Captainship, than a Captain’s Game must be held. This game will take place on the designated "off" week at 7:40pm. b) If only 1 player has made a challenge than that player must their Captain in a one versus game game. The game type will be Highlander. Whoever eliminates the other player is the Captain of said team. There can only be one! c) If multiple players on the same team challenged their Captain, than all parties involved will play a game of Defector. Whoever leaves in 1st Place is the Captain of said team. d) If multiple players on different teams have declared challenges to their Captains than a game of Defector will be played. If a player manages to out-rank their Captain, than they are the new Captain of said Team. If a player out-ranks another Captain but not their own, nothing changes; players need to out-rank their Captain and their Captain only. The Pro Bowl a) The Top 5 players at the end of the Season will meet a play in a final game on the designated "off" week. This game will take place at 7:00pm. b) The player that is in 5th place chooses the game that will be played. Team Practice Game a) After Draft has concluded, the new teams will play in a Practice Game. This game will take place at 9:00pm. b) The game played will be a 3 Team game and it will be Team Blazer Two. c) The scores or points from this game do not count towards the next Season’s Team Division. This game is solely played so each Captain can catch a glimpse of how their teams will work out.
