Shift Manager:

Local, well-known, family entertainment-based business is looking for a part-time Shift Manager to join our team. We offer a fun work environment, a great group of folks to work with, & a laid-back yet disciplined atmosphere. Historically, this position works out well for college folks and offers some scheduling flexibility.

Hours Generally 20-25 hours per week with Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays required. South Austin location (78704) – please do not apply if you can’t work these hours or in this area.

Reservations Coordinator/Office AssistantPlease send applications for this position to for immediate consideration

Looking for a new full time job that will allow you to use your current skills and build upon them? Do you have at least a year of general office or general sales experience? Do you like helping folks? Our entry-level position of a Reservation Coordinator/Office Assistant could be just what you want!

Our reservation coordinators mainly answer phone calls and emails from our customers, book reservations from those calls and emails, do some basic data entry and help with clerical tasks. Coordinators also assist our Marketing Manager when they need help with off-site events, help with social media posts, assist in purchasing branded items, and help with seasonal decorating of our public spaces. Yeah, it’s a quirky mix which means there’s always something to do and you have a lot of opportunities to learn new skills and try out new things.

Skills needed:
Honesty, tact, attention to small details, good verbal and written communication ability, desire to meet and/or exceed expectations, ability to work alone or in a group environment, ability to stay on task despite interruptions and be punctual. A good sense of humor will also be helpful.

High school graduate (GED ok), minimum age is 18 years old, have reliable transportation (CapMetro bus stop nearby). One year of general office or sales experience, must be able to lift 15lbs and use stairs. Bilingual is a plus, but is not required.
This is a 5 day-a-week job (38-40 hours a week) with every other weekend off.
Rate $10-12/hour DOE (including bonuses)

Full-Time Technician

Austin’s best family entertainment center is looking for a full-time Game Technician.

The successful candidate MUST have at least 3 years of electronics technician experience, be self-motivated, be able to work independently and as part of a team, be honest and reliable.

Duties include Troubleshooting video and redemption games Repair and maintenance of state-of-the-art laser tag equipment Maintenance of stage lighting General building maintenance Special projects as needed

Requirements Electronics degree or related experience Ability to multi-task quickly is strongly preferred Must pass routine background check Must have reliable transportation

Salary range is 25k-30k and is dependent on proven skills and experience
